Come join me on the 4th of July at the Marin County Fair. In partnership with the Marin UC Master Gardeners I am presenting two program in the Barnyard Tent: 

11:30am-12pm 'Keeping Rats Out', I will share techniques for keeping rats out of your home, your food garden, your chicken coop and wherever else they are. 

1:30pm-2pm 'Meet the Beneficials', We all know who the ladybug is and how important they are in our gardens, but did you know that that isn't the only beneficial insect helping us manage pests in the garden. I will introduce you to some of my favorites that you will find in your garden along with the ladybugs. I will also share how to invite them into your garden and how to keep them around. This is a fun program for all.
